Our Work in June/July, 2026

Archdiocese of Mount Lebanon and Byblos (Metropolitan Silouan) 

  1. $2,000 was spent to purchase an industrial kitchen hood for the community kitchen in Mansourieh. The kitchen serves the needy in different areas in Mount Lebanon, and serve the few left displaced people from the south and from Beirut. The ladies can cook now without being cooked! 
  2. We also helped with $2,000 the social-Medical Dispensary of the Archdiocese in Nabaa.


Archdiocese of Zahle and Baalbeck, (Metropolitan Antonios).

  1.  $4,000 was spent to pay off the tuitions of 10 students  at The International Orthodox College (IOC), in Zahle who couldn't pay their tuition fees for 2025-2026, with each receiving $400.


Archdiocese of Tripoli and Koura, ( Metropolitan Kyriakos).

  1.  $4,000 was spent on medication  and to pay off the fees for doctors consultations, and diagnostic tests. (will give you more update when we get receipts and more specifics on how many individuals were helped)


Orthodox Youth Movement (OYM):

  1.  $2,000 will be used by the medical/social clinic in Beirut to purchase medicine and to support a day camp in Broumana for 38 needy children who were traumatized by the war.  (This one day camp trip will happen on August 4, 2026 and more information and pictures will be posted on our website when received). 
  2. $1,000 will be used for the tuition adoption program to help needy students with paying off part of their tuitions for 2026-2027 academic year at the National Orthodox School in Cheikh Taba Akkar, a school founded in 1984 By Metropolitan Boulos Bandali, of thrice- blessed memory . 
  3.  $1,000 will be used to help families living in south Lebanon (more details will be coming soon).

Food Vouchers distributed in Mina/Tripoli May, 2026

  Twenty families in need received $25 food vouchers, with the help of the Orthodox Youth Movement to buy groceries at a local supermarket in Mina/Tripoli.

    Distribution of Aid in April, 2026, BeQaa Vly, Met. Antonios

    • $3,600 was spent to support parishioners of 7 villages in West Beqaa, at $100 per family for a total of 36 families.
    • $1,330 to purchase 950 L of diesel for heating used by displaced families living in a public school in Reit, Beqaa. 

    Helping Priests and families in south lebanon May, 2026

      Four priests from parishes in the Archdiocese of Tyr, Sidon, and surrounding areas continued to serve their communities in south Lebanon, and each received $250 in stipends. In addition, we assisted 59 families who remained in their homes in southern Lebanon, also within the same archdiocese, with each family receiving $50 cash.
